- Receives completed shipped orders from shipping; verifies accuracy and completeness of all required information.
- Codes products with correct HCPC coding, keypunches orders into computerized billing system. Electronically submits claims daily to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance companies. Verifies customer eligibility with insurance carriers and if necessary, acquires authorization.
- Updates and reviews aged receivables for unpaid balances. Resolves claim issues. Communicates with customers regarding their billing and assists in collections.
- Processes credit card payments.

The primary objective of the sales position is to meet and exceed sales goals by promoting and selling our services to urologist and rehabilitation facilities. A successful rep will work 60-70 hours and extensive travel will be required in the first year as they develop the new territory. Although the position requires a lot of hard work to be successful, it is extremely rewarding as you realize that you can truly make a difference in the lives of our clients.
This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong work ethic and desire to succeed. Previous sales success and a college degree are mandatory.
