What do I do if my order is shipped to the wrong address?

If your order has not been delivered yet, we may be able to work with the shipping carrier to request an address correct or redirect.
If the package has already been delivered, our team can help review the next steps for getting your supplies to the correct address.
To help prevent future delivery issues, you can keep your shipping address updated in your customer account on the My.180Medical.com Customer Portal or on the My 180 Medical App.
