Back to Home

For Males

We understand that men have specific concerns when it comes to using a catheter. We wanted to provide in-depth information on how to use closed system catheters, hydrophilic catheters, and intermittent straight catheters just for guys. Please click on the type of catheter below that you want to learn how to use.

Please pick one of the following:

Closed system catheters are a self-contained, sterile, pre-lubricated catheter housed within a collection bag.

Hydrophilic catheters are pre-lubricated and always optimally hydrated to promote excellent gliding properties.

Straight and Coudé catheters are uncoated catheters that require you to manually add lubrication before insertion.
