Nurse Assist Product Recall
As of 11/8/2023, the manufacturer, Nurse Assist, LLC, has informed us of a recall of specific lots of their saline and sterile water in various sizes and containers, including prefilled syringes and bottles.
A manufacturing issue has been identified in which the products cannot be verified as having the correct required sterility assurance level.
