Hotel Check-In Details
- Upon Arrival at Hard Rock Hotel and Resort, you will be asked to put down a credit card for incidentals – DO NOT USE YOUR COMPANY VISA; THIS MUST BE A PERSONAL CREDIT CARD. If, in error, you put
down your company visa, we will be able to payroll deduct! - After check-in, please go directly to the HSG hospitality table to pick up your welcome packet. The check-in desk will direct you there.

Expenses:
- The Hard Rock Hotel is an all-inclusive resort, so meals and drinks are included.
- Spa services, golf, etc, are personal expenses and are not covered by the company.
Taxis/Ubers Onsite:
Please note, the Hard Rock is in a gated community, and Uber’s are NOT allowed within the gates. If you are staying later and moving to another hotel, or need transportation off property, you will need to call a taxi. Also, anyone staying past the 16th will be responsible for arranging their own transportation. Please be advised that you can request a taxi through the resort’s bellboys. You will NOT be able to charge the taxi to your room, and must pay with cash or card. You will need to tell the bellboy when requesting, so they can come prepared.
