Employees have the opportunity to earn awards for meeting goals and going above and beyond in their job positions. Each quarter, we host a big company meeting at the Oklahoma City headquarters to recognize our top performers. These gatherings, known as our “Homecoming Weeks,” are an opportunity to connect and have some fun while celebrating our big wins together.

We Foster and Support Career Growth
At 180 Medical, we offer a mentorship program that pairs aspiring leaders and new supervisors with experienced leaders and managers. Gaining this guidance and firsthand experience from other leaders can help cultivate confidence and essential skills in our future leaders.
Ashayla began her career at 180 Medical as a Confirmation Specialist, later became a Team Manager, and now serves in our Human Resources department as a C&E Strategist. She shared this about her growth here: “For me, 180 Medical has provided such a safe place to grow and develop into not only the leader but also the woman that I am today. I have been given the opportunity to take risks, make mistakes, and completely own every area of my work, all while being myself. That’s not something you get in every workplace. Ashayla also created and implemented our LEAD@180 program, a company-wide leadership development course. This empowers employees to grow their skills and take the next step in their careers while learning from current leaders within 180 Medical. Many graduates of the program have gone on to earn well-deserved promotions.
