My order was not delivered. What do I do?
If your order was not delivered or you can’t find your package, please contact 180 Medical as soon as possible so we can help.
If your tracking information says the order was delivered, you may want to check common delivery areas first, such as your front porch, side door, mailbox area, apartment office, package locker, or another nearby location where the carrier may have left it. You can also check with neighbors or others in your household in case the package was received by someone else.
If you still cannot locate your order, let us know right away. Our team can review your shipment information and help determine the next steps. We know these supplies are important, and we don’t want you going without the products you need.
