180 Medical employees kicked off the summer by teaming up to
participate in the 2012 Corporate Challenge
hosted by OU Medicine
June 1 –
3. The Corporate Challenge is a three-day event that brings companies of all
sizes from the Oklahoma City
metro area together to compete in a variety of sporting events all in order to
raise money for one very important cause – the UCO Endeavor Games
The UCO Endeavor Games was created to meet the need for
sporting events for athletes with physical disabilities. Originating in 2000,
the event is held at the University of
Central Oklahoma campus in Edmond, OK.
The event has grown over the years welcoming athletes from more than 33 states
and a few other countries and hosting 12 different sporting events. This year’s
Corporate Challenge event raised a total of $54,000 for the Endeavor Games!
180 Medical did their part in
fundraising by selling 180 Medical Corporate Challenge t-shirts and by having a
pretty awesome bake sale.
