The Benefits of FeelClean Technology™ for Catheter Users

Do your current intermittent catheters leave behind a mess after using them? Do they take too long to lubricate or activate? You may want to learn about FeelClean Technology™.

This unique technology can only be found in GentleCath™ Glide hydrophilic catheters and GentleCath™ Air catheters for men and women.

GentleCath Glide Hydrophilic Catheters in Male and Female Length

Many catheter manufacturers today create hydrophilic catheters by dipping them into a coating and leaving them to cure. This coating then adheres to the outside of the catheter tube. This works well enough, although this may make the catheter more prone to drying out quicker.

However, GentleCath™ Glide catheters are different. Glide catheters have their hydrophilic (water-friendly) properties embedded within the actual material of each catheter. This may provide a faster and more comfortable cathing experience.

What are the Benefits of Catheters with FeelClean Technology™

Many hydrophilic-coated catheters need to be soaked before use. This can be anywhere from 15 seconds to a full minute of waiting.

However, when using GentleCath™ Glide catheters, you only have to break the included water packet. When water soaks a catheter with FeelClean Technology™, it’s ready to use.

What Catheters Are Available with FeelClean Technology™?

GentleCath™ Glide Catheters

The GentleCath™ Glide is available in multiple options to fit your needs, including female-length (6”), standard male/unisex length (16”), and a coudé tip for easier navigation around blockages. It also comes in smaller French sizes suitable for children and teens.

GentleCath™ Air Catheters

GentleCath™ Air Catheters also feature FeelClean Technology™ in discreet, travel-ready packages. The female version also features a fully recyclable case, if you’re interested in an environmentally-friendly catheter option.
