Why is my order being held for prior authorization?
Each insurance plan has different guidelines and requirements. Some plans may require prior authorization in order to approve the quantity or the type of your supplies.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship and bill for your order before getting that authorization from your insurance company.
However, we want to assure you that 180 Medical has insurance experts on staff who coordinate and handle this process. It’s our top priority to ensure your prior authorization hold is taken care of as quickly as possible so you don’t run short of the supplies you depend on.
