Last weekend in Portland, Oregon, 180 Medical employees attended the local ZERO Prostate Cancer Run and Walk event at Elizabeth Caruthers Park. Find out more about this fun event and how 180 Medical supported it.
180 Medical at the ZERO Prostate Cancer Run and Walk
180 Medical proudly sponsored the ZERO Prostate Cancer Run and Walk in Portland. Because our employees love opportunities to get involved in their local communities and give back, several of our team members in the area attended too.
It was a beautiful, sunny day in the Pacific Northwest. Our employees Kelly, Breena, Julio, and Jesse had a great time getting out in the fresh air to walk, run, and connect with others who were united in the cause of ending prostate cancer.
Many prostate cancer survivors were in attendance, and several shared their personal stories. The day also included fun activities for children, including a children's race. Each child who participated received a superhero cape at the finish.
Overall, it was an amazing day, and we're proud of our employees who took part in the event.

ZERO is a national nonprofit organization working to end prostate cancer. The organization also provides education and support for men affected by prostate cancer and their families.
This cause is close to our hearts because many of our customers have been affected by prostate cancer. According to statistics from ZERO, one in eight American men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during their lifetime.
